(Rockville, MD, April, 2005) FDA has now authorized monthly monitoring
for clozapine patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia
who’ve experienced at least 12 months of innocuous blood test results—
and the state-of-the-art FazaClo Patient Registry is already
programmed to accept this new monitoring regimen.
FDA also has mandated that
Absolute
Neutrophil Counts (ANC) be reported for
all clozapine patients and—again—the
FazaClo Patient Registry is already programmed
to accept and array this important
data for you. Click here to read more about ANC.
When placed on FazaClo therapy, patients
with treatment-resistant schizophrenia
will immediately be able to enjoy the new freedom that
monthly monitoring affords—plus—the special convenience and
discreet dosing that only the FazaClo Orally Disintegrating Tablet
formulation can offer.
